Barb Yates Dudding » About the Artist

My paintings are abstract expressionistic, a combination of feelings, nature, ideas and vision. I create dimensional depth with layers of vibrant color applied with my palette knife or by dripping, flinging, scrubbing, scrapping, etc. I like to move around my canvas whether on an easel or on the floor.
My work has been included in several galleries, many shows and is in collections in Colorado, Texas, New Mexico, Mexico, Florida, Calif. Boston, New York and Arizona.
I live in the beautiful Colorado mountains with my 3 dogs.
